Dr. Nabil Iftikhar Awan, a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at Rehman Medical Institute’s Cardiothoracic Surgery Department, specializes in Congenital and Adult Cardiac Surgery, managing Complex Congenital Heart diseases, and handling Thoracic Aorta and Cardiac Tumours.

A graduate of Army Medical College, Rawalpindi, he began his career at RMI as a Medical Officer in the Cardiac Surgical ICU, later undergoing residency training in Cardiac Surgery under Prof. Muhammad Rehman.

Rising to Senior Registrar, he earned FCPS in Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Awan further honed his skills in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Bahria International Hospital, Lahore, accumulating valuable experience over one and a half years.
